Curing condition
Standard type 180 ° C (workpiece temperature) 15 minutes
Low temperature curing type 160 ° C (workpiece temperature) 15 minutes
Average coating rate
The coating ratio is 9-12 m 2 /kg under the condition of a powder utilization rate of 100% and a film thickness of about 80 μm.
Storage requirements
Store in a ventilated, dry and clean room below 25 °C. Keep away from fire and heat, avoid direct sunlight, and prohibit open-air stacking. The powder was stable for 12 months under these conditions. The test can be re-examined beyond the storage period and can still be used if the results meet the requirements.
Health and safety
This powder coating is a non-toxic product, but should avoid inhaling dust during use. Operators are advised to wear appropriate masks and glasses.
